Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh suatu pemikiran bahwa pentingnya penguasaan teknik smash terhadap cabang olahraga bola voli. Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui ada pengaruh latihan dengan menggunakan metode bola yang digantung terhadap Hasil smash dalam permainan bola voli, Untuk mengetahui ada pengaruh latihan dengan menggunakan metode bola yang dilempar terhadap Hasil smash dalam permainan bola voli dan Untuk mengetahui ada perbedaan pengaruh latihan dengan menggunakan metode bola yang digantung dan dilempar terhadap Hasil smash dalam permainan bola voli di SMK Negeri 1 Soreang Kabupaten Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah atlet bola voli SMK Negeri 1 Soreang Kabupaten Bandung. Diambil sebanyak 16 orang sebagai sample. Dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah test awal dan tes akhir dengan tes smash. Sesuai dengan analisis dan pembahasan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh maka dapat disimpulkan : Terdapat pengaruh latihan dengan menggunakan metode bola yang digantung terhadap Hasil smash dalam permainan bola voli di SMK Negeri 1 Soreang Kabupaten Bandung. Terdapat pengaruh latihan dengan menggunakan metode bola yang dilempar terhadap Hasil smash dalam permainan bola voli diSMK Negeri 1 Soreang kab. Bandung. Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh latihan dengan menggunakan metode bola yang digantung dan dilempar terhadap Hasil smash dalam permainan bola voli di SMK Negeri 1 Soreang Kabupaten Bandung.
