Prinsip pengembangan silabus pembelajaran adalah: ilmiah, memperhatikan perkembangan dan kebutuhan siswa, sistematis, relevan, konsisten, dan kecukupan. Guru yang memilih jawaban (A) sangat setuju mendapat nilai 3. Guru yang memilih jawaban ini ada 17 orang guru (68%). Guru yang memilih jawaban (B) setuju mendapat nilai 2.
