Dalam proses berbisnis, agency theory kembali melihat bahwa setiap orang mempunyai pendapat atau pengertian yang berbeda mengenai sesuatu, tergantung dari sudut pandang masing-masing orang dan setiap individu akan bertindak atau melakukan sesuatu atas dasar kepentingan dirinya, yang mana yang paling memberi keuntungan bagi dirinya maka itu akan dilakukan. Setiap orang juga pasti memiliki sebuah tujuan yang memberikan dampak yang baik, untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut kita perlu bekerja sama dengan orang lain agar dapat saling menguntungkan. Tetapi bekerja sama dengan orang lain tidaklah mudah, banyak perbedaan yang akan kita temukan, karena tiap orang punya pandangan yang berbeda-beda.

Each person also must have a purpose which gives good impact, to achieve these goals we need to work together with others in order to be mutually beneficial. But working with others is not easy, many differences which we will find, since each person had a different view.
