Ian bisa dibilang sempat mati, karena dia tidak bernafas lagi. Tapi, setelah beberapa lama, akhirnya ian tersadar dan dinda luka pada bagian telinga. Akhirnya mereka berenam berhasil sampai di puncak Semeru. Rasa senang, capek, bangga, semuanya bercampur. Melihat segala sesuatu berada dibawah kaki saat berada di puncak tertinggi. Setelah sampai dipuncak, mereka semua melakukan “upacara 17 Agustus”.
