The work environment is one of the important aspects or factors in creating good relationships between workers and companies, and lingukungan work is also very berampak on productivity and job satisfaction of an employee. According to Supardi (2008) in Handaru et al. (1995) defines the working environment is the circumstances surrounding the work, both physical and non physical, which can give the impression of a pleasant, secure, appease and enjoy work. Handaru et al. (1995) States the working environment is everything that exists around the workers both physically or non physical affects the duties charged and a conducive work environment will encourage and enhance employee passion so that employee satisfaction is obtained. According to Simamora (2000) in Husein and Hady (2012) factors basically can be distinguished into two among others 1) physical environment or workplace: ventilation, lighting, layout and equipment; 2) Psychosocial Condition or treatment that is accepted: the workplace which facilitates social interaction created a positive effect towards the accomplishment of work.
