Penggunaan metode Just In Time diharapkan mampu mengelola dan meningkatkan produktivitas beberapa aspek manajemen pada metode pracetak. Adanya berbagai potensi manajemen JIT pada pengelolaan komponen pracetak, akan tetapi tidak semua perusahaan konstruksi menggunakan Just In Time. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang mempengaruhi keputusan project manager dalam penggunaan metode JIT untuk komponen pracetak pada proyek konstruksi di Kota Surabaya.
