Sebagai pribadi, ia cukup mampu menyesuaikan diri untuk dapat diterima di lingkungan sosialnya. Ia terbuka untuk berinteraksi dan bekerja sama dalam menyelesaikan tugasnya. Dalam menghadapi situasi emosional sesaat, ia cukup mampu menahan dan mengendalikan diri agar tidak terpancing dengan situasi emosi sesaat. Dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa yang bersangkutan disarankan untuk diterima sebagai karyawan GHPJB.

Results (English) 1:

As a person, he is quite capable to adapt to be accepted in their social environment. He is open to interact and cooperate in completing its tasks. In the face of an emotional situation for a moment, he was quite capable of holding and controlling herself from the situation provoked by emotional moment. Thus it can be concluded that the person concerned is advised to be accepted as an employee GHPJB.

Results (English) 2:

As a person, he was sufficiently able to adapt himself to his social environment. He is open to interacting and working together in completing his duties. In the face of a momentary emotional situation, he was able to withstand and control himself not to be hooked with instantaneous emotional situations. It can thus be concluded that the concerned are advised to be accepted as GHPJB employees.
