Chrysophylllum Cainito l. and Chrysophllum albidum g. Don are part of the genus Chrysophyllum. Chrysophyllum cainito or often called kenitu or chrysophyllum cainito grows in East Java. Kenitu widely used in society for traditional medicine. Empirically one part of its vegetation is used as a tonic, diarrhea, hemorrhoids, and lowering the heat. Chrysophyllum albidum whereas tropical plants and is commonly found in Nigeria. Empirically albidum is used as a drug fever, malaria and skin peyakit. The second genus Chrysophyllum has the same chemical activity namely Antioxidants because both of these plants polyphenols compounds contained in which these polyphenols potentially against the formation of free radicals.Keywords: Chrysophyllum cainito, Chrysophyllum albidum, polyphenols, antioxidants.
