Sementara itu Castro and Jakuvopic (1985), menemukan empat senyawa dari bagian aerial M. Banisteriae diantaranya 18-Acetoxy-ent-kaur-16-ene (52), Ent-kaur-16-en-18-al (53), 18-Hydroxy- 16α- 17-epoxy-kaurane (54), and 4β,19-Epoxy-18-nor-ent-kaurene (55).

Genus Mikania diterpenoid compounds rich in Compounds, commonly found in the form of diterpenoid acids kaurenoik, some examples of such compounds has been reported from a wide range of the genus Mikania. cinnamoylgrandifloric acid Compounds (51) found on the aerial m. oblongofolia (Vichnewsk et al., 1977). Meanwhile, Castro and Jakuvopic (1985), find the four compounds from aerial parts of m.
