• Dikenal hipersensitivitas terhadap diklofenak atau bahan dalam formulasi
• Riwayat asma ,urtikaria atau reaksi sensitivitas lain dipicu oleh aspirin atau NSAID lainnya
• Pengobatan nyeri perioperatif dalam pengaturan CABG surgery
• Natrium diklofenak dalam kombinasi tetap dengan misoprostol merupakan kontraindikasi pada wanita hamil
