c. Bentuk Soal Uraian
Secara umum kaidah yang berlaku dalam penyusunan soal bentuk soal uraian adalah:
• Harus sesuai dengan indikator yang telah ditetapkan sebagaimana dalam kisi-kisi soal;
• Batasan jawaban atau ruang lingkup yang akan diukur harus jelas;
• Rumusan soal atau pertanyaan hendaknya menggunakan kata tanya yang menuntut jawaban uraikan, misalnya : mengapa, jelaskan, uraikan;
• Rumusan kalimat soal hendaknya komunikatif dan hindari kalimat atau istilah atau kata yang dapat menimbulkan tafsir ganda;
• Hal-hal yang menyertai soal, seperti tabel, diagram, gambar atau sejenisnya harus disajikan secara jelas dan berfungsi;
• Buatlah petunjuk yang jelas tentang cara mengerjakan soal;
• Butir soal harus dilengkapi dengan kunci jawaban atau kriteria jawaban serta pedoman penskoran dan harus segera dibuat setelah soal ditulis
