Pengujian hipotesis penelitian dengan menggunakan analsisi Structural Equation Modeing (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberdayaan karyawan, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, pemberdayaan karyawan dan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap penurunan turnover intention, sedangkan kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap penurunan turnover intention
