In increasing the competitiveness of companies in the modern era, companies need to be supported and competent workforce the company must retain its best employees, in maintaining company employees must create an atmosphere that can make employees complacent towards his work reducing turnover intention of every employee. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of employee empowerment, work environment and compensation towards job satisfaction and turnover intention in hospital Jakarta Eye Center. Method of the determination of the sampling done by the method of purposive sampling with a respondent number as many as 110 people respondents. Hypothesis testing research by using Structural Equation analsisi Modeing (SEM). Research results show that empowerment of employees, work environment and compensation does not influence on job satisfaction, employee empowerment and work environment has no effect against a decrease in turnover intention, while compensation and job satisfaction the positive effect towards decreasing turnover intention
