Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisa secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat analisis berupa tabel silang, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, regresi linier sederhana, regresi linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis dengan uji t dan uji F serta menggunakan bantuan program aplikasi SPSS 20.0 for Windows.

Data collection techniques in the study using interview techniques, questionnaire and the study of librarianship.
