Berdasarkan hasil analisa diketahui

Berdasarkan hasil analisa diketahui bahwa faktor pendukung keputusan metode JIT untuk komponen pracetak di proyek konstruksi ialah penyederhanaan lingkup kerja melalui teknologi fabrikasi, serta mengontrol efisiensi penggunaan bahan dan peralatan. Sedangkan faktor penghambat keputusan metode JIT ialah ketidaksiapan peralatan dan perencanaan layout proyek serta ketidakpastian lingkungan proyek. Sehingga dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi diperlukan perencanaan dan komunikasi yang efisien antara seluruh stakeholder.
