Kuisioner yang dibuat terdiri dari pengantar berisi penjelasan, profil dan data responden yang mewakili perusahaan dan data mengenai perusahaan tersebut, pertanyaan penunjang data penelitian, dan tabel pengisian untuk faktor-faktor yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Faktor yang didapatkan pada tahap sebelumnya dituangkan kedalam kuisioner untuk melengkapi model awal penelitian. Kuisioner ini membantu untuk mendapatkan faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang mempengaruhi keputusan manager proyek konstruksi dalam penggunaan metode JIT khususnya untuk komponen pracetak. Kuisioner ini akan diberikan kepada responden dengan proses pemberian kuisioner sampai dengan pengambilan kuisioner selama kurang lebih 2 minggu. Detail kuisioner dapat dilihat di lampiran.

Results (English) 1:

The questionnaire was made consisting of introductory explanations, profiles and data for respondents who represent companies and data on these companies, the question of supporting research data, and a table of charging for factors related to this research. Factors obtained in the previous stage is poured into a detailed questionnaire to complete initial model research. This questionnaire helps to gain supporters and restricting factors that influenced the decision of the manager of a construction project in the use of methods JIT especially for prefabricated components. This questionnaire will be provided to the respondent by the process of administering questionnaire up to taking a detailed questionnaire for approximately 2 weeks. Results (English) 2:

Questionnaires were prepared consisting of introductory explanations, profiles and data respondents representing companies and data about the company, the question of supporting research data, and tables are charging for factors associated with this research. Factors that obtained in the previous stage is poured into a questionnaire to complete the initial model study. This questionnaire helps to get the enabling and inhibiting factors affecting the construction project manager's decision in the use of JIT methods, especially for precast components. This questionnaire will be given to the respondents to the questionnaire until the process of taking the questionnaire for approximately 2 weeks. Details can be found in the attachment questionnaire.
