Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan budaya kerja, disiplin kerja dan K3 memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dilihat dari perhitungan uji koefisien regresi, dimana budaya kerja berpengaruh sebesar 0,098, disiplin kerja berpengaruh sebesar 0,125, dan K3 berpengaruh sebesar 0,496. Dari hasil tersebut diketahui bahwa pengaruh terbesar yang mempengaruhi variabel kinerja (Y) adalah variabel K3 (X3).

Results (English) 1:

Results of the statistical analysis shows the work culture, work discipline and K3 has a positive influence on performance of employees. Seen from the calculation of the coefficients of the regression test, where the influential work of cultural 0,098, discipline working effect of 0.125, K3 and influential of 0,496. From these results it is known that the greatest influence affecting performance variable (Y) is K3 variables (X 3).
