setiap KAP harus memiliki independensi dalam melakukan proses pemeriksaan, KAP yang ditunjuk oleh PT Indofarma dalam hal ini tidak memperlihatkan adanya independensi dalam melakukan pemeriksaan, dimana KAP tersebut tidak dapat memberikan suatu opini terhadap suatu laporan tanda persetujuan direksi.
