Mekanisme kerja obat : menghambat cyclooxygenase tidak secara selektif, yaitu menghambat cyclooxygenase 1 (COX-1) dan cyclooxygenase 2 (COX-2), sehingga menghasilkan penghambatan sintesis prostaglandin (yang merupakan mediator nyeri).
