Sebagai pribadi, ia dapat bekerjasama dalam team untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Bila berhadapan dengan masalah tak terduga yang muncul dari dalam maupun luar pekerjaan, ia mampu menampilkan emosi secara wajar dan mengelola emosinya tersebut. Hal ini tentu mendukung hasil kinerja yang baik karena ia memiliki kecerdasan yang cukup baik. Memang dari sisi kepemimpinannya perlu terus ditingkatkan. Dalam hal ini ia perlu mendapatkan pelatihan agar kelak dapat tampil optimal diproses kerjanya. Dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa yang bersangkutan disarankan untuk diterima sebagai karyawan GHPJB.
