The operational definition of each BSC perspectives are examined in this study are:1. The performance of the customer's perspective is conducted to find out how students, alumni, and community users judge the quality of the external. 2. The performance of the internal business processes perspective is conducted to find out the quality of external and efforts are being made to improve the quality of external. 3. The performance of the financial perspective is done to find out if there is an increase in revenue, strategic investment and the quality of financial administration UNTAD. Though not a profit-oriented organizations, but to do good financial management in an effort to improve the quality of external. 4. learning and growth perspective of Performance is an attempt to improve the quality of UNTAD resources and develop themselves so that they can answer the needs of the customer.
