DPRD DKI Diminta Publikasi Absensi Anggotanya

Jakarta, Jia Xiang – Ketua DPRD DKI Jakarta diminta mempublikasi absensi kerja anggotanya kepada masyarakat guna mengukur kualitas kerja para anggota DPRD itu.

Hal itu disampaikan oleh Kepala Divisi Kebijakan Publik Perhimpunan Bantuan Hukum dan Hak Azasi Manusia Indonesia (PBHI), Cecep Handoko.

Menurut Cecep, Ketua DPRD DKI Jakarta harus mengumumkan absensi anggotanya periode 2009-2014, agar masyarakat bisa menilai anggota mana yang kinerjanya bagus. Dengan begitu masyarakat punya dasar penilaian dalam memilih wakil rakyat pada Pemilu Legislatif (Pileg) 2014 yang berlangsung pada bulan April.

“Ada 49 orang anggota DPRD DKI yang akan ikut pada pileg 2014 dan masyarakat harus tahu kinerja mereka pada periode sebelumnya. Jangan sampai rakyat salah memilih caleg yang kinerjanya kurang,” ujar Cecep kepada wartawan, Rabu (19/2/14) di Jakarta.


Pada Pileg 2014 ada sekitar 7.021.514 orang pemilih di DKI Jakarta yang harus memilih wakilnya untuk duduk di DPRD.

Permintaan untuk mengumumkan absensi itu merupakan indicator bagi masyarakat untuk mengukur kinerja orang yang telah dipilihnya.

"DPRD DKI Jakarta harus transparan membuka kinerjanya kepada publik sebab pada tahun 2013 DPRD DKI Jakarta tidak mampu memenuhi target pengesahan Peraturan Daerah (Perda) yang sebanyak 26 Perda. Mereka hanya mampu menyelesaikan 17 Perda. Bahkan pengesahan APBD DKI Jakarta pun sempat tertunda dan sekarang mandek lagi karena belum disetujui Menteri Dalam Negeri (Mendagri),” ujar Cecep.[For/W1]
