3.3.7 Isolasi Senyawa Metabolit Sekunder pada Mikania
Ekstrak pekat metanol yang diperoleh ditimbang, selanjutnya dilakukan pemisahan dengan kromatografi kolom gravitasi menggunakan fasa diam silika gel dengan perbandingan 1 :10. Sampel ekstrak yang sudah disiapkan secara impregnasi, dimasukkan ke dalam kolom kromatografi secara merata dan dielusi menggunakan eluen n-heksana, n-heksana : etil asetat,dan etil asetat. Hasil kolom ditampung kedalam botol-botol vial yang kemudian dianalisis kembali menggunakan plat KLT. Fraksi yang memperlihatkan adanya senyawa metabolit sekunder dilanjutkan dengan pemurnian dan ditentukan strukturnya dengan NMR satu dimensi dan NMR dua dimensi.

The results column fit into the vial bottles which were then analyzed again using TLC. The fraction that shows the presence of secondary metabolite compounds followed by purification and determined its structure by NMR and NMR of one dimension of two-dimensional.

Fractions which showed the presence of secondary metabolites, followed by purification and structure determined by NMR one-dimensional and two-dimensional NMR.
