1H-NMR spectrum of visible especially in the area of 0-10 ppm lower field from tetramethylsilane reference signal (which is based on the agreement set at 0 ppm). Only protons that produce a signal (resonate) in this area and protons are chemically the same give the same signal. The size of the signal (integrity) is directly proportional to the number of protons that produce a signal. Thus, the signal generated by -CH3 will show the results of the integrity of that size is three times the size of the signal generated by a single proton. Position signal on a scale of 0-10 ppm (ie chemical shift) to certain tarap show the kind of protons that produce them (Creswell et al., 1982).
