Bangunan ini memiliki lima lantai. Tiga lantai pertama dijadikan ruang kerja dan penunjang aktivitas lainnya di lingkungan pemerintah daerah Jawa Barat. Untuk mencapai lantai empat, sejak tahun 1998 dipasang lift dengan maksud memudahkan tamu resmi yang berkunjung kesana. Ruang lantai tersebut dihias dengan foto-foto, dan sesekali diputar film documenter yang menggambarkan pembangunan Jawa Barat. Di tengah ruang pamer terdapat sirine dalam ukuran besar yang merupakan peninggalan zaman Belanda.

The building has five floors. The first three floors are made as work space and other activities supporting local government environment in West Java. To reach the floor four, since 1998 mounted elevator for the purpose of facilitating the official guests who visit there. The floor space is decorated with photographs, and occasionally played the film documentary depicting the construction of West Java. In the middle of the showroom there are large in size as the age of the Netherlands.

The floor space is decorated with photographs, and occasionally screened documentary films depicting the development of West Java. In the middle are a siren showrooms in large sizes which is a relic of the Dutch period.
