Pada suatu hari, hiduplah seorang putri duyung bernama Ariel. Dia tinggal bersama ayahnya yang bernama Triton dan saudari-saudarinya di laut. Ariel sangat menyayangi keluarganya.
Suatu hari, Ariel berenang kepermukaan laut bersama temannya. Dan dia melihat sebuah kapal besar yang di timpa badai dan tenggelam. Kemudian dia menyelamatkan seorang laki-laki yang yang tenggelam. Laki-laki itu bernama Eric. Ariel membawa Eric kepermukaaan laut. Setelah itu Ariel kembali kelaut karena dia tidak ingin Eric tahu bahwa dia adalah seorang putri duyung.
Setelah itu, setiap waktu Ariel selalu berpikir tentang Eric. Ariel jatuh cinta dengan Eric.
Tapi Ariel tahu bahwa dia tidak mungkin menikah dengan Eric karena dia adalah seorang putri duyung.
Ariel ingin merubah ekornya menjadi sepasang kaki, kemudian dia teringat dengan seorang penyihir ubur-ubur (Ursula).
Ariel pergi bertemu dengan Ursula dan meminta Ursula untuk merubah ekornya menjadi sepasang kaki. Ursula akan memberi sepasang kaki pada Ariel tapi Ursula ingin suara Ariel sebagai gantinya. Dan Ariel setuju. Kemudia Ariel memiliki sepasang kaki.
Ariel sangat bahagia melihat kakinya dan sekarang dia adalah seorang manusia.
Tapi, Ursula menipu Ariel. Dia berubah menjadi seorang gadis cantik dan menggunakan suara Ariel untuk menikah dengan Eric.
Kemudian Ursula dan Eric menikah.
Saat itu Ariel datang dan menghentikan pernikahan Ursula dan Eric. Tapi Ursula merubah Ariel menjadi putri duyung lagi.
Setelah itu, Triton datang untuk menyelamatkan Ariel. Dan dia merubah Ariel menjadi manusia lagi.
Ariel dan Eric kemudia menikah.
Ayah dan saudari-saudarinya sangat bahagia melihat Ariel dan Eric.
Dan mereka hidup bahagia selamanya.

Ariel falls in love with Eric.But Ariel knows that she may not be married to Eric because she is a mermaid. Ariel wants to revamp its tail into a pair of feet, and then he thought of a wizards jellyfish (Ursula).Ariel go meet with Ursula and asks Ursula to revamp its tail into a pair of legs. Ursula would give a pair away at Ariel but Ursula wanted to voice Ariel instead. And Ariel agreed. Then Ariel has a pair of legs.Ariel is very happy to see her legs and now she is a human being.But, Ursula fool Ariel. He transforms into a beautiful girl and uses the voice of Ariel to marry Eric. Then Ursula and Eric got married.Ariel came in and stopped the wedding of Eric and Ursula. But Ursula transforms Ariel becomes a mermaid again. Afterward, Triton came to save Ariel. And he transforms into a human Ariel again.Ariel and Eric later married.His father and sisters are very happy to see Ariel and Eric. And they lived happily ever after.

But, Ursula deceive Ariel. She turned into a beautiful girl and using Ariel's voice to be married to Eric.
Then Ursula and Eric were married.
It was Ariel come and stop the wedding Ursula and Eric. But Ursula transform into a mermaid Ariel again.
After that, Triton came to the rescue Ariel. And he changed into a human again Ariel.
Ariel and Eric later married.
My father and sisters are very happy to see Ariel and Eric.
And they lived happily ever after.
