Berdasarkan Tabel 1. menunjukkan bahwa zona bening yang tertinggi pada bakteri Escherichia coli terdapat pada ekstrak nutmeg dengan diameter sebesar 5,5 mm dan zona bening terendah terdapat pada ekstrak cayenne pepper dengan diameter sebesar 0,2 mm. Sedangkan, untuk zona bening tertinggi pada bakteri Serratia marcescens terdapat pada ekstrak galangal dengan diameter sebesar 6,6 mm dan zona bening terendah terdapat pada ekstrak galangal dengan diameter sebesar 1,0 mm.

Results (English) 1:

Based on table 1. clear zone indicates that the highest on Escherichia coli bacteria are present in the extract of nutmeg with a diameter of 5.5 mm and clear the lowest zone is found in the extract of cayenne pepper with diameters of 0.2 mm. Whereas, in order to clear the highest zone of Serratia marcescens bacteria are present in the extract of galangal with diameter 6.6 mm and clear zones are present in the extract lowest galangal 1.0 mm of diameter.

Based on Table 1 shows that the clear zone of the highest in the bacterium Escherichia coli found in nutmeg extract with a diameter of 5.5 mm and a clear zone was lowest for the extract of cayenne pepper with a diameter of 0.2 mm. Whereas, for the highest clear zone on the bacteria Serratia marcescens found in galangal extract with a diameter of 6.6 mm and a clear zone was lowest for the galangal extract with a diameter of 1.0 mm.
