Pada hari ini, selasa, tanggal lima, bulan januari tahun dua ribu sebelas, bertempat di Magelang, kami yang bertanda tangan dibawah ini:

1. Tn Castello Pohon jr,42 tahun, manajer Exim, bertempat tinggal di 2 nd treet no.22 Lapas, yang tunduk pada Hukum Bolivia yang AD nya telah terdaftar pada berita Negara No.1 tahun 2000, yang selanjutnya dalam perjanjian ini bertindak selaku dan atas nama PT.Sumbu bakery , berdasarkan AD ( Anggaran Dasar ) / ART Perusahaan PT Sumbu Bakery, yang beralamat di 2 nd street No. 54 Nusa kambangan , Bolivia, dan selanjutnya disebut pihak pertama atau pihak pembeli.
2. Nn. Dra. Rara mendut-mendut, 47 tahun, direktur PT Cleman Pendem, bertempat tinggal di jalan Bidadari gang Kasih sayang no. 10 Magelang, yang AD nya telah didaftarkan pada Departemen kehakiman dan HAM dengan no reg. 212 tahun 2001, yang selanjutnya dalam perjanjian ini bertindak atas nama PT Cleman Pendem,yang beralamat di jalan malioboro alun- alun , jogjakarta, yang selanjutnya disebut pihak kedua atau pihak penjual.
Bahwa pihak pertama adalah wakil dari PT Sumbu Bakery yang merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industry pembuatan makanan roti yang sudah berdiri sejak 16 tahun lamanya yang berkedudukan di Negara Bolivia . Pihak pertama dalam perjanjian ini memesan sejumlah produksi Ketela Pendem milik Pihak kedua yang berkedudukan di Indonesia.
