Seperti telah dijelaskan dalam bab sebelumnya bahwa penggunaan komponen pracetak menjadi salah satu alternative penyederhanaan proses kerja dengan tingkat kualitas yang terjamin. Hasil analisa data yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa faktor yang paling berpengaruh pada keputusan Just In Time untuk penggunaan komponen pracetak adalah faktor penyederhanaan proses kerja untuk meminimalkan tenaga kerja dengan penggunaan teknologi fabrikasi (X23).
Langkah terpenting dalam pengurangan tenaga kerja adalah menghapus produksi berlebihan dan membuat upaya pengendalian (Nugroho, 1995). Menyederhanakan proses kerja dan berusaha untuk mengurangi waktu setup proses cara yang berguna untuk lebih memastikan operasi terus menerus. Dengan Just In Time mampu memberikan aliran yang lancar dari pemasok ke pelanggan. Begitu proses didokumentasikan, maka keborosan dapat dihilangkan. Penghilangan keborosan ini akan dapat menyederhanakan proses, yang akhirnya memungkinkan produk mengalir melalui berbagai proses dengan lebih cepat. (Viale,2000).

As explained in the previous chapter that the use of prefabricated components become one of alternative simplification work process with a guaranteed level of quality. The results of the data analysis that has been done indicates that the most influential factor on the decision Just In Time for the use of prefabricated components is a factor simplifying work processes to minimize labor with use of fabrication technologies (X23). The most important step in the reduction of the workforce was removing excessive production and making effort control (Nugroho, 1995). Simplify the work process and trying to reduce the time the setup process a useful way to further ensure continuous operation. With Just In Time to provide a smooth flow from supplier to customer. So the process is documented, then keborosan can be omitted. Removal of this keborosan will be able to simplify the process, which ultimately allows the product to flow through various processes faster. (Via,2000).
