Subjek penelitian ini adalah project manajer pada perusahaan konstruksi di Kota Surabaya. Perusahaan konstruksi Kots Surabaya yang tergabung dalam GAPENSI di kelas menengah ke atas yang sedang atau pernah menangani proyek pembangunan bertingkat dan penggunaan komponen pracetak. Pengalaman project manajer mampu menentukan faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang mempengaruhi keputusan penggunaan metode Just In Time pada komponen pracetak untuk peningkatan kualitas proyek konstruksi.

The subject of this research is a project manager at a construction company in the city of Surabaya. Construction company incorporated in Surabaya Kots GAPENSI in the middle class to the top was or ever handle multilevel development projects and the use of prefabricated components. The experience of the project manager is able to determine the factor endowments and a barrier that affects decisions the use of Just In Time method on the component for the enhancement of the quality of prefabricated construction project.
