Memang dari sisi leadershipnya masih lemah, untuk yang sifatnya lebih kompleks ia sulit menghadapinya. Dalam membuat keputusan-keputusan ia lama dan butuh masukan serta motivasi dari orang lain. Meskipun demikian, dalam hal ini emosinya terkendali dengan baik. Ia dapat mengendalikan dirinya dan mengikuti aturan yang berlaku. Dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa yang bersangkutan disarankan untuk diterima sebagai karyawan GHPJB.
