Berdasarkan kesimpulan di atas maka saran yang dapat disampaikan melalui penelitian ini sebagai berikut
1. Setiap warganegara harus tunduk terhadap segala peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku berkaitan dengan hukum pendidikan pada jenjang pendidikan dasar agar tercipta ketertiban dalam proses pendidikan.
2. Setiap aparat penegak hukum harus melaksanakan tugas dan tanggungjawabnya dengan baik dalam pemenuhan hak konstitusional dan hak hukum warganegara di bidang pendidikan dasar.
3. Sebagai tindak lanjut penelitian ini dalam penelitian berikutnya yaitu menemukan produk peraturan hukum dibidang pendidikan dasar yang tepat untuk menyelesaikan segala persoalan pendidikan dasar.

Results (English) 1:

Based on the conclusions above then any advice that can be delivered through this research are as follows1. every citizen shall be subject to all applicable laws and regulations with regard to legal education at the basic education level, so that the created order in the educational process. 2. every law enforcement officer should carry out his duties properly and in the fulfillment of constitutional rights and legal rights of citizens in the field of basic education.3. As a follow-up to this study in the next research found the product rule of law in the field of basic education the right to resolve any issues of basic education.

Based on the above conclusions, the suggestions can be submitted through this study as follows
1. Every citizen must be subject to all laws and regulations applicable laws relating to education at the basic education level in order to create order in the educational process.
2. Every law enforcement officials must carry out its duties and responsibilities well in fulfilling the constitutional rights and legal rights of citizens in the field of basic education.
3. As a follow-up study in the next study that found the product of legal regulation in the field of education appropriate basis to resolve all the problems of basic education.
