Kajian pustaka ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan kelembaban relatif terhadap laju penurunan berat telur dan peningkatan volume cairan allantoic yang digunakan sebagai media perkembangan kultur virus Egg Drop Syndrome (EDS). EDS merupakan penyebab utama menurunnya produksi telur dan merupakan ancaman serius terhadap dunia industri peternakan. Perkembangan embrio pada unggas dipengaruhi oleh sejumlah faktor lingkungan, terutama suhu dan kelembaban.
