Terlihat dalam hal ini, emosinya terkendali dengan baik. Dalam hal ini kepemimpinannya memadai, namun untuk yang sifatnya lebih kompleks ia sulit menghadapinya. Ia masih butuh masukan serta motivasi dari orang lain dalam keputusan-keputusan yang diambilnya. Dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa yang bersangkutan disarankan untuk diterima sebagai karyawan GHPJB.
