Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web yang dapat membantu mempermudah proses pelaksanaan pemilihan guru berprestasi. Selain itu sistem pendukung keputusan ini menggunakan metode SAW yang digunakan untuk memberikan alternative perangkingan hasil pemilihan guru berprestasi dari proses perhitungan nilai dari beberapa kriteria pemilihan guru berprestasi, diantaranya portofolio, karya tulis ilmiah, tes tertulis dan wawancara.
Berikut ini perhitungan menggunakan metode SAW yang diterapkan dalam sistem. C1 untuk nilai portofolio,C2 untuk nilai karya tulis ilmiah, C3 untuk nilai tes tertulis dan C4 untuk nilai wawancara. Untuk kriteria penilaian dan bobot kriteria terdapat pada table 1 yang sesuai dengan buku pedoman pemilihan guru berprestasi tahun 2013.

RESEARCH RESULTS The results of this research is a web-based decision support system that can help ease the process of implementing an election guru overachievers.
