Manajemen sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat menentukan keberhasilan atau kegagalan perusahaan. Untuk dapat mengetahui peran dan kontribusi sumber daya manusia dalam mencapai keberhasilan, tentu diperlukan pengukuran kinerja. Kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya adalah budaya kerja, disiplin kerja dan K3. Penurunan kinerja karyawan diantaranya disebabkan oleh budaya kerja yang belum sepenuhnya berjalan, kurangnya kedisiplinan karyawan dan kurangya pelayanan K3. PT Apac Inti Corpora merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang tekstil dengan produk berupa benang, kain grey/ mentah, dan kain denim.

Employee performance declines were caused by a work culture which has not been fully run, lack of discipline employees and least Service K3. PT Apac Inti Corpora is a company engaged in the field of textile products in the form of yarn, grey fabrics/raw, and Cain denim.
