Sebagai pribadi, hubungan interaksinya dengan lingkungan sekitar dan sosialnya berjalan dengan baik. Ia dapat membaur dan bergaul dengan lingkungannya, termasuk pula bekerjasama dalam team untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Ia memiliki emosi yang terkendali dengan baik. Memang dalam hal ini kepemimpinannya memadai, namun masih perlu ditingkatkan terutama dalam menghadapi berbagai situasi yang ada konflik dan pertentangan. Alangkah baiknya bila ia mendapatkan pelatihan leadership. Dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa yang bersangkutan disarankan untuk diterima sebagai karyawan GHPJB.
