Gambar 4.1 menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden telah memiliki pengalaman kerja dalam bidang konstruksi selama lebih dari 10 tahun. Responden yang memiliki pengalaman dalam kurun waktu 10-20 tahun sebesar 44 % dan kurun waktu lebih dari 20 tahun sebesar 33 %. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 23% memiliki pengalaman dibidang konstruksi kurang dari 10 tahun
