Suggestions can be submitted for further research can be described as follows:
1. One of the main goals of the Just In Time is to reduce inventory costs. Reduction of inventory costs, with a consequential impact on cash flow, it is recommended for further research.
2. To do further research to compare the performance (in terms of time, cost, quality, and environmental) between construction projects that have applied and not applied the method of Just In Time.
3. To avoid or protect contractors from the impact of delays in delivery, time management can provide a buffer between
suppliers and construction. JIT is the ideal buffer elimination of physical (material or time) between the production process, and the achievement of a stream. Repeatedly while shipments will increase transportation costs. So, we need more research on the optimization of planning time buffering with scheduling and cost effective delivery according to the needs of use at the project site.
4. The successful implementation of JIT depending on the flexibility of suppliers, so in future studies need to be done setting up criteria for the selection precasters or other suppliers.
