Saran yang dapat disampaikan untuk penelitian lebih lanjut dapat diuraikan sebagai berikut :
1. Salah satu tujuan utama dari Just In Time adalah untuk mengurangi biaya persediaan. Pengurangan biaya persediaan, dengan dampak konsekuensial pada arus kas, dianjurkan untuk penelitian lebih lanjut.
2. Dapat dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut dengan membandingkan kinerja (dalam hal waktu, biaya, kualitas, dan lingkungan) antara proyek-proyek konstruksi yang telah menerapkan dan tidak menerapkan metode Just In Time.

4. Keberhasilan pelaksanaan JIT tergantung pada fleksibilitas pemasok, sehingga pada penelitian selanjutnya perlu dilakukan penetapan kriteria bagi pemilihan precasters atau pemasok lainnya.
