Tindakan hukum yang dilakukan di Negara Indonesia terhadap kasus korupsi nampaknya masih sangat kurang.Terbukti dengan sampai saat inimasih saja bermunculan kasus korupsi khususnya yang dilakukan para pejabat DPR. DPR merupakan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat yang seharusnya menjadi wakil rakyat dan membela rakyat, bukan yang menyelewengkan dana rakyat untuk kepentingan pribadi. Lalu jika sudah begitu akan dibawa kemana nasib rakyat? Jika pejabatnya saja sudah lalai dalam melaksanakan kewajibannya.
