Kondisi yang tidak dapat dihindari dari aktivitas kunjungan adalah hampir sebagian besar pengunjung melakukan aktivitas yang bersentuhan dengan ekosistem seperti diving, snorkling, fishing, menanam mangrove dan lamun yang tanpa disengaja ataupun tidak disengaja akan mempengaruhi kualitas dan keberadaan ekosistem. Hal ini akan mengurangi nilai estetika dari wisata/ekowisata tersebut.
