Sebagai pribadi, sisi kepemimpinannya cukup terlihat. Ia dapat membuat tindakan ataupun keputusan saat diperlukan. Ia mampu menjalin interaksi yang baik dengan lingkungannya, termasuk pula bekerjasama dalam team untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Bila berhadapan dengan masalah tak terduga yang muncul dari dalam maupun luar pekerjaan, ia mampu menampilkan emosi secara wajar dan mengelola emosinya tersebut dengan tepat. Ia bukan orang yang mudah terpancing situasi. Dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa yang bersangkutan disarankan untuk diterima sebagai karyawan GHPJB.

As individuals, the leadership is quite visible. He can make a decision or action when needed. He was able to establish a good interaction with the environment, including the work in a team to achieve the desired goal. When faced with unexpected problems that arise from inside or outside of work, he was able to show emotions appropriately and manage these emotions appropriately. He was not a person who easily provoked the situation. Thus it can be concluded that the person concerned is advised to be accepted as an employee GHPJB.
