Sebagai pribadi, memang sisi kepemimpinannya masih perlu ditingkatkan, agar ia terampil dan terasah dalam membuat keputusan-keputusan terutama dalam situasi yang ada konflik dan pertentangan. Namun, ia dapat menjalin interaksi yang baik dengan lingkungannya, termasuk pula bekerjasama dalam team untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Bila berhadapan dengan masalah tak terduga yang muncul dari dalam maupun luar pekerjaan, ia mampu menampilkan emosi secara wajar dan mengelola emosinya tersebut dengan tepat. Ia bukan orang yang mudah terpancing situasi. Dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa yang bersangkutan disarankan untuk diterima sebagai karyawan GHPJB.

As an individual, it is the leadership still needs to be improved, so that he is skilled and honed in making decisions, especially in a situation of conflict and disagreement. However, he was able to establish a good interaction with the environment, including the work in a team to achieve the desired goal. When faced with unexpected problems that arise from inside or outside of work, he was able to show emotions appropriately and manage these emotions appropriately. He was not a person who easily provoked the situation. Thus it can be concluded that the person concerned is advised to be accepted as an employee GHPJB.
