Faktor-faktor pada tabel 2 didapat dengan melakukan survei, wawancara, serta studi literatur. Jumlah kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman hasil wawancara kemudian diseleksi, dan didapat sebanyak lima faktor. Kekuatan dan kelemahan termasuk ke dalam faktor internal, sedangkan peluang dan ancaman termasuk ke dalam faktor eksternal. Faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal tersebut kemudian dianalisi dengan metode SWOT, dimana dalam metode ini faktor subyektifitas (peluang dan ancaman) dapat direduksi (Osuna dan aranda, 2007).

Results (English) 1:

The factors in table 2 were obtained by conducting surveys, interviews, as well as the study of literature. The number of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats are selected, then the interview results and gained as much as five factors. Strengths and weaknesses in internal factors, whereas opportunities and threats are included in external factors. These internal and external factors are then dianalisi with the SWOT method, which in this method from factors (opportunities and threats) can be reduced (Osuna and aranda, 2007).
