Maka dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat 3 peringkat yaitu peringkat pertama adalah Penyederhanaan proses kerja untuk meminimalkan tenaga kerja dengan penggunaan teknologi fabrikasi (X23), Mengurangi kapasitas angkut berlebih dengan ketepatan jadwal (X13), Lingkup kerja yang terinci dan terdefinisi dengan lengkap untuk mengontrol biaya proyek (X17), dan Memperhitungkan jam kerja alat yang digunakan (X30).
