Untuk mengurangi tingkat penganggur

Untuk mengurangi tingkat pengangguran, maka harus ada peran pemerintah. Pemerintah harus bisa mengeluarkan kebijakan yang bisa terciptanya lapangan pekerjaan, serta menjalankan kebijakan yang konsisten tersebut dengan sungguh - sungguh sampai terlihat hasil yang maksimal. Pemerintah memberikan penyuluhan, pembinaan dan pelatihan kerja kepada masyarakat untuk bisa menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan sendiri sesuai dengan kemampuan dan minatnya masing-masing untuk mengembangkan kompetensi kerja guna meningkatkan kemampuan, produktifitas dan kesejahteraan. Selain dari pemerintah, masyarakat juga harus ikut berpartisipasi dalam upaya pengurangan jumlah pengangguran yang terjadi di Indonesia.

The Government should be able to issue a policy that could be the creation of jobs, as well as a consistent policy on the run in earnest until visible maximum results. The Government gives guidance, coaching and job training to the community to be able to create jobs on its own in accordance with ability and interest in each to develop the competence of working to enhance the capability, productivity and well-being. Apart from the Government, the public should also participate in the reduction of the number of unemployment that occurred in Indonesia.
