Jadi untuk menjaga kualitas pelayanan sudah ada, perusahaan harus menjaga tingkat kepuasan kerja dari karyawan agar dapat terus meningkatan kualitas pelayanan, maka diperlukan data-data yang sangat signifikan sehingga perusahaan dapat mengambil keputusan dan kebijakan yang jelas untuk mempertahankan karyawannya
