Suku Baduy terbagi menjadi dua golo

Suku Baduy terbagi menjadi dua golongan, yaitu Baduy Dalam dan Baduy Luar. Perbedaan mendasar antara keduanya terletak pada tata cara menjalankan Pikukuh atau aturan adat. Baduy Dalam masih memegang teguh Pikukuh dan menjalankannya dengan baik, sedangkan Baduy Luar sudah terpengaruh pola hidup masyarakat moderen.

Baduy In still holding fast to Pikukuh and run it properly, while the Baduy Luar has already affected the pattern of modern community life.
