Dari beberapa senyawa diatas telah dilakukan uji fitotoksik, hasil uji terhadap lettuce (Lectuca sativa L.) memperlihatkan senyawa (11), (12), dan (18) dapat menghambat perpanjangan akar masing-masing pada (IC50 = 47 mg/ml), (IC50 = 96 mg/ml), and (IC50 = 242 mg/ml). Selain itu pada konsentrasi 250 mg/ml senyawa (11) dapat membunuh perkecambahan biji (Lectuca sativa L.) (Shao et al., 2005). Sementara uji alelophatic senyawa (11), (12), dan (13) terhadap perkecambahan biji (Brassica parachinensis) menunjukkan nilai IC50 masing-masing 0,04; 0,05; and 1,21 mM (Huang et al., 2009).
