Harga Barang

Pihak pertama dan Pihak kedua sepakat dengan harga barang Rp. 30.000.000 ( tiga puluh juta ) per container sehingga jika 10 container menjadi Rp. 300.000.000 ( tiga ratus juta ) sesuai yang di perjanjikan dalam perjanjian ini.

Pasal 6
Cara Pembayaran

Untuk pembayaran barang tersebut Pihakpertama dan Pihak Kedua bersepakat enetapkan cara pembayaran dengan syarat dan ketentuan yang juga telah disepakati , yaitu :

a. Surat perjanjian ini diberlakukan sebagai kuitansi dari penerimaan pembayaran uang muka dari pihak pertama.
b. Uang muka atau DP ( down payment ) sebesar 1/3 ( sepertiga ) dari keseluruhan harga barang yaitu Rp.100.000.000 ( seratus juta rupiah ) dibayar Pihak Pertama kepada Pihak Kedua pada saat kapal berangkat.
c. Uang pelunasan Pembayaran sebesar 1/7 atau 70% ( tujuh puluh persen ) dari keseluruhan harga barang yaitu Rp. 200.000.000 ( dua ratus juta rupiah ) dibayarkan Pihak Pertama setelah seluruh barang sampai di tempat tujuan yang di tentukan oleh Pihak Pertama yaitu Pelabuhan Hati Nurani Bolivia.
d. Pembayaran dilakukan dengan menggunakan mata uang Indonesia yaitu Rupiah (Rp).
