Dalam waktu paling lambat 5 (lima)

Dalam waktu paling lambat 5 (lima) tahun sejak peraturan ini berlaku, maka:
a. jalur kereta api yang ada saat ini yang masih merupakan barang milik negara wajib dipasang perangkat Sistem Keselamatan Kereta Api Otomatis (SKKO);
b. pemilik prasarana berkewajiban menentukan Sistem Keselamatan Kereta Api Otomatis(SKKO) yang akan dipasang dengan mempertimbangkan, antara lain:
1) Perkembangan teknologi;
2) Biaya pemasangan dan perawatan;
3) Konten Lokal (TKDN);
4) Penguasaan teknologi;
5) Integrasi degan sistem persinyalan yang ada.

Results (English) 1:
